I will like to suggest timing should be made available for the vendor to get the food ready so that the rider will not just be waiting and waiting. Under the 'option item' customer complaint that they can't choose item more than once, there should be option for them to choose more then once. Under the 'menu food' there should be 'delete button ' available and not just "in stock' or 'out of stock' option. Menu can be created mistakenly but option to delete is not there. I rest for now

I downloaded this twice in two different phones recently and I kept having this issue whereby an order will come and I won't see it or get the order notification not until my colleague tells me there's an order, then when I open the app it'll start ringing and the order will pop up abruptly. It's very annoying and frustrating. Maybe it's this recent version of the app that's the issue, my other colleagues who started before me and had app since are not experiencing the same issue.

You guys should give vendors an opportunity to interact and or reply to customers when they give a review. This can be reassuring for all parties involved including riders and Chowdeck management, boost sales and overall business growth. Mistakes happens, while Most or some of the bad reviews are not always from the vendors. But vendors bears the full brunt with the current review procedures.
