Because of the updates, this app has become harder to use and more complicated. They removed the brightness feature in both Auto and Manual Skin. I used to rely on the brightness option in Manual Skin whenever my face looked lighter than my body in a photo. I would just tap the darker part of my body, and the photo would look balanced right away. Now I can’t do that anymore. I hope they bring this feature back.

I really love using the SNOW app! ❤️ It’s an all-in-one app where you can take photos, edit, enhance, and even use AI features that are always up to date with trends. The user interface is very easy to navigate and user-friendly. What impressed me the most is their customer service. When my refund request was canceled on Google Play, I reached out to the SNOW developers and they immediately helped me process my refund. Highly recommended!

As a content creator this app was my go to for filming my videos. But lately it has gotten really bad. I'm not sure if its the recent update or what but there is severe lag. I will film a whole 5 minute video only to watch it back and realize the audio did not sync up to the video. its so frustrating because then I have to re-record everything and I might forget some important parts. This has happened way too many times to count. my subscription just renewed yesterday I wish I could cancel
