Use it, go to other apps for a while, and it wont detect the product untill forced app close and restart. Hardly ever groups multiple speakers (products). Now it says 2 identical products are incompatible. Worked before. Bluetooth connection unstable when connecting with pc with decent bluetooth card (in the same room!), phone works. Connectivity issues with wifi, wifi settings need to be way too specific and outdated. Ads in intune radio. Spotify stream unstable, skips songs. +more problems.

App is missing alot of features most modern apps have for its audience. I have experimented with lots of brands, but Bose is one of the audio companies whose software lacks in alot. Majority of time, my Bose app wont even connect to my audio devices, locking me out of basically the whole earbud/headphone. Modes are auto selecting. Audio will auto pause when audio device is being undetected in use, and you can't turn this option off. Another weird thing. The whole app is a flashbang. No dark mode

A recent change seems to have introduced two bugs. Firstly, when the earbuds are fully charged (white LED flashing), the app reports them as 90% charged. Secondly, it keeps forgetting the earbuds exist, and having to search and reconnect. This latter problem happens about every other day. It also keeps nagging me to sign up to an account, which I have no intention of doing. No way to contact Bose to log a bug report. The earbuds are fantastic, but the app lets them down a bit.
