I am unable to log in to the boAt Wave application. Even after multiple attempts, the app does not allow me to access my account. Because of this issue, I am also unable to sync my boAt smartwatch with the app. I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the application, and checking my internet connection, but the problem still persists. Please investigate this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible, as I am unable to use the watch's features without the app.

I'm facing so many issues with the app, firstly all the data from the watch doesn't get transferred to the app even though my app and watch are most of the time connected. Also the data from previous days is just vanished, because of which I'm unable to keep a track of my exercise timings. Also, doesn't show the name in incoming calls 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻. Lots of such issues are being faced, please resolve them. Thanks!

This app is literally the worst. I feel sorry for everyone who first bought a boat smartwatch and then had to deal with this horribly obnoxious app. It should not even be considered an app. It never opens correctly, hardly opens I must say. Doesn't sync all the data. Doesn't connect to the watch by itself or even properly. It absolutely does nothing. It would be a rare occasion if the app opens without giving a headache to the user (that is, if it opens).
