Have to use this app for apartment. when it works it works fine, but it's always glitching. I can't enter the gate multiple times a week. I just tried opening the gate and came up with an error. It says there's a new update but there's not, and now I can't verify my number cause it keeps saying to update. Im stuck with no way of getting into my apartment now, which sucks because I keep odd hours so I'll most likely be locked out if I don't get home before 10.

Using the app I rarely have any problems other than the occasional freeze up but if I try to use the widget it's always an issue. It used to work periodically with just a regular operation failed prompt, but now it says that I'm not associated with PalGate at all, even though the app works fine. If you could just get a consistent working widget you would easily deserve a 4-5 star rating.

If i could give zero stars i would. Not always working and simply don't want to use. the complex put this app in place and now i need to carry my phone all the time, can't have a break or forget the phone that i will be late for work or kids schools, who has enough battery on their phones after hours out? And the fact that it needs Bluetooth, GPS and mobile data is just adding to the reasons. This review is after 30min in ice cold weather waiting for someone to open gates, late for everything!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. If the gate doesn’t open reliably, it’s usually due to a faulty installation. Please contact us so we can help. Bluetooth and Mobile Data are required. Certain models offer remotes instead of a smartphone.
