Initially to activate (and get your tickets) it looks like you have to give credit card - deceptive - it is for a different link, and not necessary. Instead of telling me that, a rep led me thru a maze of trying to view tickets and insisted that there was no other way, but via the app. Very UN user friendly app with lots of links and misdirection. I asked if there was any other way? Finally was told that I could use email or even print the tickets. After 34" on the phone. Stay away.

App shows ads, which would not be a big deal, but they are all phishing attempts saying "activate your account"! Security risk, just use your web browser with adblock enabled to go to the MiLB website, it does all the same things as the app, without the phishing attempt ads.

Totally useless app. When I follow a team, there's no quick link to get to that team. I have to search through scores and schedules just to find them. Also, when I bought tickets and it sends it to the app, the app doesn't have a link to those tickets either. I had to open my email ticket confirmation, click on the MiLB link to open the tickets in the app. If I lose that email, I'm screwed. Do better guys.
