One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. An item that was successfully added to my cart and paid for was cancelled by the vendor after two days without providing any reason. The payment was already debited from my account, yet I have been informed that the refund process will take up to 14 days. If an item is not available, the platform should clearly indicate that it is out of stock rather than allowing customers to place an order and process payment. 🙄

the delivery, retrurn, and quality are all great but the app is simply horrible if I am doing a search it will stop many times and I have to put all my filters and start again to know where I reached sometimes if I open any item, the back button won't work and when I click the back arrow on top, it takes me out of my search very difficult to search properly on it

Very tiring experirnce. If you entered new filter, than opened one of items, than GOD FORBID to press "back" button om your phone. Very annoingly it does not navigate back to search, instead it drops filter in background. So once you click top left corner button, ypu will return to main page. Filter is gone. After 3-4 items the only choice is to give up.
