Phenomenal customer support! 💯 Their support team is incredibly helpful and responsive. I purchased a WhatsApp number and initially experienced some issues receiving the OTP. Although I eventually figured out the problem myself, the support team was patient, cooperative, and genuinely willing to help throughout the process. Overall, I had a great experience with their customer service and would definitely recommend them.

Honestly, this is the best virtual number service provider. I've been looking for a US number to use for my PayPal account, all other apps didn't work except Fanytel. Fanytel numbers are the cheapest, most affordable, and more reliable than any other app. Their customer service is top-notch with the quick response. They will easily refund you if you request for a refund, depending on the issue. No in-app ads. Fanytel is the best of the best. I hope this continues and improves.

Avoid this service. My card was charged successfully, but credits I purchased never appeared in my account. I paid for a service that was never delivered. Customer support has been unresponsive and ineffective, leaving me without a solution or refund. Very disappointing experience. I would not use this service again.
