The app itself is pretty limited compared to Ecoflow's, but I think Anker is targetting a different market segment. The big issue that needs to be fixed is the login timeout every week or so. There's no need to timeout logins on Android, and it's highly obnoxious. If they fix that defect, I'd rate it 4 or 5 stars.

Purchased the Anker Solix c1000(x) And it connected seamlessly to the app during initial setup but now the app refuses to connect to the power station. I've tried connecting directly through Bluetooth on my phone, I've tried connecting through the app, and I've also tried holding down the connection button for seven seconds as instructed to reset it. No luck. Should've gone with bluetti or ecoflow. Headed to Amazon next to give it a one star review.

There's two things I need from this app: dark mode, and how to unlock all the secrets. I will say that getting my device on Wi-Fi was much more difficult than it needed to be. I'm comparing this with my experience getting my garage on Wi-Fi. It was a bit easier because it based the connection on what the device, I used to connect it, is connected to. Not having this feature made it take longer, was less reliable, but I did, at the end of it, get it connected.
