Although I use Garmin Connect, I also like to keep a hand written run diary that I fill in manually for walks, trail, runs. as an overall easy accessible training and progress record. You can use Connect for this but it can be a bit clunky to navigate. But having found this app it really is ideal, it does everything you want as a manual log of your exercise, both past and future planning and then converts it into easy to understand graphs. Easy to use and understand. A brilliant app!
