The "share your feedback" button doesn't work. The app didn't show the seating chart during check in, it just said "something went wrong". Units of measurement (for baggage allowance) were imperial, and there doesn't seem to be any way to set those to metric (my country is set to the Netherlands).

I dont know what is happening lately but the app is so buggy its almost impossible to use. it takes several minutes and several attempts to get the results of a search. I'm surprised such company is not aware of or does not fix such issues faster. Checking in also failed several times today

The KLM app version 16.9.0 does not work properly on my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Searching and booking flights fails because no data is loaded, and the app repeatedly shows an error message saying something went wrong and to try again later. I restarted and reinstalled the app, but the issue remains. On my iPhone, the app works perfectly fine with the same account. Please improve the Android version and fix compatibility issues on Samsung devices.
