I could not understand the intrinsic matters which caused me not being able to login to this app. I have installed it earlier and faced the same thing i.e not having the scope to login and enter into this app for which I had to uninstall it. But again when I tried to reinstall it and tried to login the same issue came ahead that's why I could not login to it. I have been using Adobe Acrobat reader for two years without any trouble ever. I have no way to uninstall Adobe Learning Manager again.

I'm literally trying to get a raise/promotion. The only way I can is through completing training videos. This app constantly keep saying connection issues. Clearly it's no internet or data issues. After 3 times uninstaling and installing. Still same problem. I'm Clearly over this, and this Job for using this to train with. It's holding back my progress and companies shouldn't use it for training. Especially if it's stops promotion and more wages.
