there's been a recent really annoying update to the most recent weather broadcast replay. You used to be able to watch it without seeing an ad. now you're forced to watch an advertisement before you get to see the 2 minute weather forecast

My big issue is I get the push notifications and when I finally get around to them and see a story I want to see, you click it and it just puts on the live broadcast or the full 45 minute broadcast where I would have to search for the story im looking for. If I click on a push notification of someone being saved from a burning building that is the story i want to see, not everything else from the day.

As soon as i noticed the version that i had, would no longer play videos, i knew what was coming. More ads, less content. The old version of the app was deliberately prevented from working, to get people to upgrade. The new version is terrible. Way more ads. Way more scrolling. Bigger thumbnails so you can see those ads better. Can't fast forward through ads. Terrible app.
