Completely useless and unusable. Took an age to sign in, then the Face Scan is painfully slow and keep failing. Reinstalled as suggested and now I can't sign in at as when I go straight to my email for the sign in code and straight back to the app, it says "The connection to the server timed out". I didn't expect it to work properly, but I at least thought the app would scan your face but that the resulting character would be a mess. Nope, didn't even get far enough to laugh at it.

the face scan feature that is supposed to let you add your face to the game crashes repeatedly. On average I can get 7 of the 12 pictures taken before the app crashes completely on me. It also loves to say you haven't centered yourself but fails to give you a on screen live image of yourself to help with centering. It's kinda of annoying and very much so a disappointment that the feature still isn't working properly on the game. even after 3 months of letting them work on it.

almost unusable. it'd be hard to make something as unoptimized as the face scanner they use on this app, but alas, they managed it. causes my phone to literally freeze when trying to use it. not even like my phone is a brick, it's fairly capable. a pair of monkeys could design a more optimized system I'd bet. genuinely ridiculous.
