The App is the whole reason I got the guitar. It doesn't pick up the noise from the guitar and the tuner is intermittent at best. Tried contacting customer support and they keep brushing off my problems.. see their reply below... there are many low reviews from at least January, stating the same issues. I wouldn't hold my breath on it becoming a good app.

customer service got right back to me. they are going to adjust the app in 3 weeks or so so you can use a little tiny speaker on the guitar. if you do not have an amp, the electric will not pick up with the speaker on its own. but they're working on it. I'm changing my review from one star to five because they got back to being a timely fashion. the app is awesome. they are working on making it work with the tiny speaker. I just had to go buy a nice used damn so

I wish I'd read the one star reviews before paying for this subscription. all the good reviews are old, while the bad reviews are current and consistent. I'm experiencing the same thing everyone is which is that the app does not pick up the sound of your guitar. The entire program hinges on that functioning well. without it there's nothing to do.
