The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

Not accepting any visa-debit cards or even credit cards with high credit limits. It's something that the developers did, because when I used this app in 2020 it was accepting every card out there except USA issued credit cards. It's gotten worse since then. They are denying Canadian issued cards as well. If you ask them, they don't know what the problem is either, but they won't bother fixing it knowing that it is less profits for them. NO I will NOT use Google Pay.

Do NOt use these scooters, it robs your money! I rode 2 for a short distance. It took the cost of the rides, and gave a receipt, all good, but they also took €5 four times, totaling an extra €20!! with No pre-warning, advice, receipt or my knowledge this was more than the 2 rides cost in total. They did refund €5 I contacted the support and was sent a generic message about their terms, which still did not explain why they took €20, and now they won't reply to me. Be Warned!!
