"Authentication via biometric data" option keeps getting disabled from time to time. -The app has dark mode setting but the screen always flashes white upon startup despite dark mode being turned on. This causes the whole room to illuminate in the night and blind you and your wife who is trying to sleep next to you.

I am a finpension customer and I'm happy with the service. That said, the app could use UX/UI improvements . The menus and the overall navigation could use some rework. But as I said it's not all bad, the service is indeed great and I'm happy it's just that I would like a better app. Update 2026: new app is live, the new UI is a night and day over the old one. Navigating the app and options makes more sense, the UX is very much improved. Nice work and keep it up team!

I like the app, but I need to login every time I use it. After a few days or so it just forgets everything and I need to login again, why having biometrics and all if you have to log every time you want to use it. I have a tailscale on my phone, so maybe this is the reason.
