Total dumster fire of an app. I get why non-licence fee users overseas might not get everything uk residents are able to access but really? This app is absolutely horrendous. I just want to continue following and listening to a bunch of podcasts I enjoy and it's now an afterthought via a tiny section at the absolute bottom of the audio section. No way to cue up podcasts, 'latest' just seems to mean some randomly arranged 8 podcasts that don't update once you've listened to them, total hot mess.

The BBC used to be a pinnacle of good journalism and their app was good. Now far too much is excluded (for an international user), it's full of adverts, almost all articles are unavailable and much more audio is also unavailable unless listening live. I feel forced into the app and forced to put up with substandard service. I'd very happily pay for content. As it is, I resent it most days!!

App freezes often and I have to close it and start again multiple times, each time having to look for my podcast again. As a result, sometimes I think I hear more ads than content. My regular podcasts have disappeared from the list of latest episodes, especially Newscast. It's a pity because the content is fantastic. I am really enjoying keeping up with British news and more world news generally.
