I find what I was looking for. This app ofers a lot of exercises for different level. It is easy and pleasant to use. It is different than others I have tried. This one is more pleasant and kind and motivated me to exercise every day. And I lost weight. Not a lot, but I lost weight and my body is stronger, more beautiful and more flexible. What I like most is that I can combine exercise styles in my program as I like and also do other exercises if I feel like it.

EDIT: Your email saying"We're sorry that the cancellation process seemed confusing to you." is garbage. Fix your garbage coding. It's impossible to unsubscribe It seems that you have set this app up so that people can't cancel. Sure, you have the “Cancel subscription button”, but when I press that it asks for my email address, to send me a code. The code comes, but the page that was waiting for me to fill it in is gone. It just goes around in circles. This is not right.

We checked the information and found that your subscription has already been canceled and we have also contacted you by email and hope to resolve all issues.

Be very careful with this app. I had a bad experience, subscribed to their personalized workout plan and MISTAKENLY subscribed to their meal plan and consultations. I requested for refund just FEW HOURS after the subscription but unfortunately they won't refund it. I did not expect that my card details would register in the their app/system, i did not input my card details for the second subscription but it deducted right away.
