Android System WebView Dev

This is such a huge & i mean huge privacy concern!! How on earth did this even get installed on my phone, in the first place & how did it become a security android system webview dev in the first place? Absolutely disgraceful, very unprofessional & I will be taking this further, as this a huge suspicious activity & privacy concern.
