Agents did not help with the voucher redeeming issue and when I contacted them with a screenshot for my 5000 point redeeming problem the deducted 3000 for a free product without my consent.. After more than 2 years she talks to me in a very rude way! Sadly the service is getting worse. Waiting for 2 hrs to get a rude reply and no help at all!!! Updates Was contacted by an agent and she said she will fix everything and put the points back guess what!!!!!! Nothing was fixed and was a mere lie..

When I pay through card, the order is always late, there's items missing and money is either never refunded or refunded late. Also worst customer service ever. They rarely reply to your messages and when they do they never help with anything they just ASSURE you theyre gonna deal with the situation.

my experience with breadfast has soured over the years. while, speedy deliveries are great, the app glitches far more often resulting in lost "credits" worse, you pay using your card then receive a message that an item is no longer available when it clearly was at the time payment was made. CS is taking way too long. Plus, any issues is clearly the "consumer" fault...and its not. pricing is more than Talabat (which has significally improved while Bfast prices hav as much as 20£ more).
