Easy way to get prints of your photos. Some may think the limited choice (to be exact, currently only one choice) is limiting. But I see it more as an enabler - your only focus is the framing of the photos and, later, the endless ways to rearrange the collage on your wall at home. Also, great customer support that actually does help you! =)

Aww, shucks! I'm so glad to hear you're loving them! - Brandy

Their cropping/edit options are extremely limited. If I wanted a wide shot, a whole body picture, I couldn't because it zooms in too much and I end up with headshots only. If I want a wide picture, it doesn't edit out background like other people or I have to edit so I lose part of the person I am trying to capture. If they had crop option like on phones, they would get more customers. I wanted to buy more tiles but it keeps cropping off parts I want to keep or leaves parts I don't want.

Ah I'm so sorry about this! We're testing out some new sizes in the USA at the moment, so if you're based there - please email us at fixit@mixtiles.com and we'll get this sorted! Otherwise, our 8 x 8 inch tiles are available worldwide and hopefully we'll have our new sizes available internationally soon. š

Really dissapointing. Was advertised as a cheap, effective way to frame photos but now it's costing over $60 aus dollars to get three frames. Get rid off the three frame minimum, it's ridiculous, and lower the price to something that accurately represents how much these frames are actually worth. At the moment, it's an appalling brand and a complete waste of time and money.
