Aura Frames

While the product is nice, there are improvements that would make using this application better, especially for seniors. First, make it clearer in which section you are between activity feed, photos, and adding new photos. After any action, make it easier to understand that something happened. Make browsing your device photos easier by adding more filters (for example by date), as well as more zoom options. And finally, prevent losing a selection of pictures easily after an accidental tap.

The app is ok, it isn't nice to navigate but I can find my way around. App desperately needs some way of organising photos into albums. Once you have lots of photos on the frame, good luck finding any photo or checking if you've actually uploaded a specific group of photos. The apps design is clearly to make you give full access and autosync, and it makes it so selecting individual photos and albums and organising them is needlessly difficult.

Great hardware, but the app experience is frustrating. Managing photos at scale is almost impossible. If I upload multiple albums, I can't simply choose which albums should appear on the frame. Instead, I have to hide or unhide photos one by one. I spend more time managing what should NOT appear than choosing what should appear. The app desperately needs album-level controls, bulk actions, and a more modern photo management experience. I've sent many suggestions for you but nothing changes...
