I love this e-reader. it is definitely the best I have ever used and I would say kudos to the development team. One feature I would like added is the ability to open multiple books at the same time(in the same window) within the app. It would be very helpful. Also, I noticed when adding Google Books, the books are cut and truncated compared to what is available on Google Books. I would like that fixed as well. Thanks, Pocketbook!

The Pocket Book cloud upload doesn't work for me, I have to use Google Drive instead. Collection also doesn't sync between my phone and tablet. I have also found that changing the font size only works when I press and drag the bar, tapping doesn't do anything (which is a bit confusing). Other than that, the reading experience is good.

Edit: App runs smoothly again! No success though in putting already purchased google books in the PB cloud via the app. It worked a while ago, now it won't upload/sync. I wish there was a drag&drop option for putting books in the PB cloud, as I find the app interface highly cluttered and complicated. while I am happy with the reader itself, the phone app complicates my experience rather than improving it ):
