I'm just basically updating my rating from 2021. I still love the app and use it even more since I'm getting old and my memory is horrible. I've spoken Italian since 1982, I still forget how to translate certain words between English and Italian. I've found this app to be EXTREMELY helpful! Not only does it translate the word I'm looking for, but it shows how it's used in a sentence and many times, how verbs are conjugated, too. I highly reccomend it!!

My comment deals with the website version of WordReference (sorry, I haven't found any other place to write it). The concept is great and I use the app and the web version on laptop extensively for university, BUT the web version, which I find more practical for its layout, can be incredibly slow sometimes and it's so annoying... I'm talking of a couple of minutes for a basic research or the opening of the home page.

Great app to discover the different meanings of a particular word, then see how it can be used in sentence. For more than 10 years now, it helped me improve and fine-tune my English (US and UK) 100% : would recommande the app
