Very bad when i want to activate my insurance and need to rush to the hospital when you cannot get activated because you are not receiving otp, the person behind this app should be prosecuted!

very poor, no communication is possible with Neuron. Hiding behind inefficient AI assistant that makes patient run into circles at the time they need help the most !!.
