I have been using the Eyecon app and it was very helpful. However, from the past few days it has stopped identifying any numbers. I tried basic troubleshooting like clearing cache and reinstalling the app, but the issue still remains. After reinstalling, I also noticed that the option to sign in with phone number is missing, so I had to sign in with Google account instead. Even after that, the problem was not resolved. Hope it gets fixed soon because it is a useful feature.

I think many user's this situation why don't you respond to support eyecon and became a Premium user of this app, Caller ID is not working properly. Unknown incoming calls are not showing names anymore, and even manual number searches often show no results. At first I thought this was only my issue, but many other users are facing the same problem as well. Please fix this problem urgently. Premium users expect reliable Caller ID service. I sent an email to the support team but no response."

Subject: Eyecon App Not Showing Unknown Caller Names Subject: Eyecon App Not Showing Unknown Caller Names I am facing an issue with the Eyecon app. Previously, the app used to show the names of unknown callers, but now it is no longer displaying caller names. The feature has stopped working properly. I have already checked my internet connection and app permissions, but the problem still exists.
