This is a nice app, offering prices that are far more competitive than on the other marketplaces. However, the risk of receiving a defective item (or one that doesn't match the advertised description or photos) is significantly higher here. And even in such cases, Temu's policy is quite accommodating; they readily issue refunds if a customer isn't satisfied with their purchase for any reason. But the amount of spam featuring various "discounts" and endless animations is overwhelming.

I was dubious at first but decided to try because of all the cool and different items you can't buy mainstream. Mostly I have been very happy with my purchases. A few times I have received a defective item ie spelling errors on a 12 month calender I bought or the thermal labels I ordered didn't have all the colours that were advertised in the 6 pack but the returns process is very simple and quick. I always request a credit to my account rather than a refund to put towards my next order.

They say they'll give you good discounts and for all intents and purposes the items they sell are usually cheap. But they make you jump through dozens of hoops to get them. It's a frustrating experience to say the least. I do not want to place 5 or more purchases of items I didn't even want simply to get a discount on the 1 item I really needed. If I could give any less stars I would but this system requires I at least a single star to make a review. 0/10 I will ACTIVELY tell everyone to avoid.
