Shein has the shadiest pricing structure I've ever seen. Countries & states should be suing them for this. first you can't tell what coupons actually apply to so you add things to your shopping cart thinking you're getting a discount & you're not. it shows you a cheap price but then raises the price in your cart. Here's the newest one, if you use a minimum purchase coupon and have to return something they take back the whole entire coupon even if you still meet the minimum. insane! buyer beware!

scam app. I bought an order and it gave me "10 items for free with free shipping" and I wasted ten minutes getting things and it was going great and I had to invite some friends and it gets to "99.9" and says "invite one more person" so I do and nothing happens so I think it's a glitch and go out of the app and back in and the entire thing disappeared :/

I've been shopping off of Shein for a year or 2 now with pretty good results. Since my last phone update, this app has been giving me so much trouble. it freezes up, glitches constantly, and has completely crashed the system UI in my phone twice, making me completely restart the entire phone. I'm 100% sure this app is the problem, everything else on my phone works fine, but I try to shop on Shein, and it's just a nightmare. I'm about to get rid of it. Super let down.
