Very little of the gameplay is reflected by the ads. 99% of what you do on this game is basically timer management with buildings, and pretty much every single aspect of the game including the events and cash grab pop-ups is timegated. I am sure that anyone who sees the ads of going side to side shooting the monsters expects to be doing that most of the time, since that would be actually entertaining. I felt the FOMO and cut it off after a few days, and will not be reinstalling this game.

Edit. Since im not the first to complain about the wrong ad vs. game. Maybe YOU should fix it. Why keep a game that i dont like, that isnt as the ad says. It says NOTHING ABOUT HAVING TO DO QUESTS. I NEVER WOULD HAVE DOWNLOADED IT, IF IT DID. I installed the game because of the ad. I did not want to do quests. THAT is not what the ad shows. It shows shooting barrels and people. Don't waste your time. I'm not anymore. I wanted the shooting part of the game, no a quest game. Disappointed.

things were going fine until I lost access to my account. now im in the process of recovering it but the customer service is terrible. they asked for screenshots, game id and purchase receipts and after providing all they have not replied to my email (I have sent 4 more since) in close to 24 hours. it is like they have just decided to ignore me. the game is great but the customer service bring the score right down as we may need help with anything in-game and they just dont seem to care.
